Hi All,

Previously when I injected the external fallback rule into the existing fallbackrule.xml, I had edited the sipxconfig.properties*.in* file with the location of the external fallback rule as shown.
fallbackRules.externalRulesFileName=/etc/sipxpbx/fallback_vani.xml.
Here fallback_vani.xml.is the manually created xml file and has the permission of sipxchange user. But with build, r015161, the sipxconfig.properties*.in *is not present and only sipxconfig.properties is seen. I manually edited the 'sipxconfig.properties' itself and restarted the service. But the fallbackrules.xml did not get updated with the entries in external fallbackrules.xml. Please advise whether any different procedure is to be followed other than the one prescribed in wiki <http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/Defining_SIP_URI_Mapping_Rules>to inject external aliases, fallbackrules, mappingrules and authrules.

Snippet from sipxconfig.properties that has provision to create external alias, fallback and authrules.
externalAliases.addinsDirectory=/usr/share/java/sipXecs
externalAliases.aliasAddins=
# external additions to internal call mapping rules
mappingRules.externalRulesFileName=
# external additions to external call fallback rules
fallbackRules.externalRulesFileName=

By default there is no provision by to enter the location where the external authrules.xml lies. Hence we always add it manually. That is, we add the line "authRules.externalRulesFileName=" into sipxconfig.properties.in to inject external authrules. Please advise why this is designed so, where there is a provision for adding alias, fallback and mapping rules by default.
Also please advise if I am missing anything.

Thanks in Advance,
Vani I.H.
