Folks, I was trying to use a freeSwitch conference bridge in the office which is setup to use our Audiocodes PRI gateway. In doing this the systems was dropping participants in the bridge at random and eventually causing the bridges to drop. Thanks to Woof we looked into this and found out that the following settings need to be changed in the Audiocodes Gateway: Setting Disconnect on Broken Connection - Yes Broken Connection Timeout [100 msec] - 100 (10 seconds)
So to make this work I simply changed Disconnect on Broken Connection to No. No question I think we need to change our gateway model in sipXconfig to be able to configure this parameter. (it currently is not able to) The parameters and values are: DisconnectOnBrokenConnection - 0 (No), 1 (Yes) BrokenConnectionEventTimeout - 1-1000 These should be put into the [advanced_general] section of ini file that is generated. Anyone see anything wrong with this approach? If not I will put a JIRA in later today.
