I'm brand new to Sipx .. Wondering about a Auto Attendant enhancement to provide DISA as follows:
1) administrator maintains a list a CLID numbers corresponding to users that have DISA privileges 2) external DISA user calls into Auto Attendant (typically via cell phone speed dial) 3) based on CLID number, caller is given option to make an external call 4) caller prompted to enter phone number (via voice prompts) 5) would need a report on DISA activity of course Or .. Could dialplans/rules be used to accomplish some of this easily? Peter
