Wow. It hard to hope for forgiveness given that it was discussed here just two weeks ago. Sorry for missing it folks. Anyway, I see that XCF-3521 is currently closed with a resolution of "Won't Fix". Sounds like sipXconfig knows immediately that a change will require restarts.
