Hi, Now that I have my sipXacd replacement ready I would like to package it for 4.0.
I have replacements for sipxacd, sipxconfig-agent, sipxconfig-report RPMs and sipxpresence from sipxpbx RPM. Also I need to start a separate FreeSwitch instance with different config root. It was "easy" to manage processes in 3.10 so my initial prototype was a single RPM with post-install script disabling all relevant original processes and enabling my own. But I have no idea how to approach 4.0. For my ACD to work I need to disable 4 processes and start 5 new ones. How do I "bundle" them into an AlternateContactCenter role ? Can I mark this role as being "in conflict" with "Call Center" role ?
