Hi all,
I am executing one scenario "SMC monitoring the phone doing directed
call pick up"
1)First User 400(Monitored phone) dials 500. On work group window, BLF
entry against user 400 displayed as below.
Group member Phone status Call Type Remote Type
[400] Ringing Outgoing 500
2)Now user 110(Monitored phone) dials *78500.On work group window, BLF
entry against user 400 and 110 displayed as below.
Group member Phone status Call Type Remote Type
[400] * On the phone Incoming 121*
[110] On the phone Outgoing
My query is though user 400 is initiator in the beginning when user
110 dials *78110 Call type for user 400 changes to "Incoming".
Test case says call type for user 400 should be "Outgoing" even after
user 110 dials *78110.
Please advice me that whether it is a wrong behavior or expected ?
