Hi,

I did some testing of sipregistrar and it looks like there is memory
leak of this process in HA configuration.

My envirement:
- sipxecs 4.0.0-015321
- centos 5.3

I did 2 tests:

1. One server - no redundancy.
- added 700 useres to sipx
- I send 700 registrations to sipx with expiration time 360s

Result: After 3 days sipregistrar consumed 0.5% of memory. I wasn't able
to notice any memory leak, everything looks ok.

2. Added distributed system with redundant sip router role.
- First server (sip1)
- Distributed server (sip2)
- | send 700 registrations to sip1 with expiration time 360s (same as
during test1)
- sip1 replicate registrations to sip2
- sip2 only role was to receive registrations from sip1

Results:
- sip1 sipregistrar memory usage increase from 0.2% to 6.3% during 5h
- sip2 sipregistrar memory usage increase from 0.5% to 7.3% during 5h
