Unfortunately, I think that the answer is "it depends", or, more specifically, it depends on what works through the firewall/nat/relay/vpn/filter infrastructure of the customers network. The advantage of the sipXbridge is that if it is working for an ITSP then it should also work for calling some other arbitrary domain (unless the firewall has been told to restrict what it can call or be called by... see previous paragraph).
