At present, the CDR system treats transferred calls as separate.  If I
get an outside call and blind transfer it to you, then it shows as two
different calls in the CDR system (if I consultative transfer to you,
it's three calls).

Periodically, the issue of fixing this comes up - good References would
certainly help.
