At present I have a patch being reviewed that uses/adds the References
in REFER messages for use by CDR to allow linking of the CDR records in
transfer scenarios.  

For Blind transfers, one new Reference is added to the Refer-To.  For
Consultative transfers, two new References are added to the Refer-To.

CDR records will now contain a new field that will list the References
seen on the INVITEs.  Applications processing CDR records can then link
(backwards) calls together to form a view of the entire call.
