Try this link for the wiki page:
http://wiki.sipfoundry.org/x/BoAf
As far as the rpm goes, it looks like there must be some more magic to
make the new rpm part of the ISO: it is not present at all on Chris'
machine. I'll see if I can figure this out.

Carolyn,
This is outstanding. Chris and I got a little enthusiastic this
morning and tried to make this work. A couple issues:
1. The wiki below isn't accessible. We used your
instructions on the list from a couple days ago instead.
2. I don't see any saa binaries or directories on a recent
build (15920). We get this trying to start it:
sipxproc -u SharedAppearanceAgent -v 4.1.0 (error is below)
/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/xmlrpc/client.rb:414:in `call': could not
find process 'SharedAppearanceAgent' (XMLRPC::FaultException)
from /usr/bin/sipxproc:267
We could be doing something wrong but I would have thought we
would have seen sipxsaa somewhere on the box?
Let us know.
Al

I've posted a bit of info about the SAA at
http://wiki.sipfoundry.org/display/~cbeeton/Shared+Appearance+Agent
<http://wiki.sipfoundry.org/display/~cbeeton/Shared+Appearance+Agent> .
This includes the instructions on how to configure and use it, as well
as a high level description of the components.
Comments welcome.
Carolyn
