Hi All,
I have few queries on 'sipxSaaService' restarting.
1.Login to config UI as admin.
2. Navigate to Users page and click on "Add new user" link to create a
shared user.
3. Create a shared user (ie; check the check box 'Shared') and click on
OK button.
The message "One or more services need to be restarted" with a link
to "Affected Services" (sipxSaaService) has NOT displayed soon after
click on "OK" button.
My queries are :
a) Whether it is required to display the restart service message soon
after creating shared user and click on "OK" button ?
If sipxSaaService is not restarted manually at this time, what are
all the areas which doesn't get reflected ?
b) At this time (ie; before restarting sipxSaaService) ,whether
appearance-groups.xml file under /etc/sipxpbx should reflect the added
shared user automatically ?
*Note* : Currently in the build 4.1.0-016094, soon after creating a
shared user and click on OK button, it is NOT displaying the service
restart message .The message "one or more services need to be
restarted" with link is only seen when you again navigate to Users menu
or some other menu.
At this point, (ie; before restating sipxSaaService) the
appearance-groups.xml file is INTERMITTENTLY reflecting the shared user .
Please clarify my questions so that I can raise the relevant bug.
