Carloyn will need to answer this one.  The config files will be
replicated, its just a question of if the sipXsaa service picks up these
changes without a restart.

Yes, though as I mentioned in the jira issue
(http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-5439) there is a bug. After
modifying users, you should push the profiles from the server screen to
ensure that shared user changes are correctly replicated.  I have not
figured out exactly what the problem is here.  It seems that the
replication that occurs when a user is saved does not include the most
recent change.  So, if you change user 200 to be 'shared', and then
replicate, the user 200 may not show up in appearance-groups.xml.
However, if you then modify any other param on this or any other user
and save, the 'shared' state will be reflected in appearance-groups.xml.
Or, just push profiles from server screen and avoid the unknown.  An
issue should be raised for this.
