sipXacd invites an Agent to the call (1st invite), then places him on hold (second invite), then reinvites him to a confenrece with an inbound call (third invite).
This is the default bridging behavior for ACD. The are posts on the group suggesting that there are hidden options that switch to SIP transfer mode instead of 2pty conference.
The default mode allows ACD to keep accurate stats and bounce non- responsive agents and so on.
