As per issue XX-5551 one should able to configure language for voicemail retrieval (per-user). According to this improvement the user should listen to the VM retrieval prompt in desired language he wants (though it is not applied). Steps followed : 1. Installed language package (French) , but not applied. The default language pack is left alone as English. 2. For user 144 changed language to French by overriding in personal Auto-Attendant page. 3. Now, when 101 is dialed from 144 prompt heard in English (default language) - this is expected to be in French. Observation: Please note that when 144 is dialed from 143 and call is rejected (in 144) , then French prompt is heard on 143 in accordance with XX-1718. No issues here. Is there any other configuration is to be done to make this work? Build used is 4.1.0-016156. Please advise. Thanks in Advance , Naveen |
