Changing the Personal Auto-Attendant language only effects the deposit part of 
voicemail (what people who CALL YOU hear).  It does not effect the retreval 
side language (which you get when dialing 101), which at the moment can only be 
the default language as there is no way to configure it to be anything else.  
It would appear the XX-5551 is a request for this new feature.
