I get the same error on CentOS 5.2.  

Odd, because our internal Fedora 8 and CentOS 5.2 build servers don't
have this problem.

Seems like this might be a re-occurrence of
http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-6249?  (INSTALL_ANT in blank in my
sipXopenfire Makefile too.)
