I encourage you to try it: sipXconfig does populate the voice conference number when configuring DimDim conference. The 'external number' is an additional parameter that you can used to enter - well - external number. How the conference is visible externally depends on many factors, not all of them controlled by sipXecs. That's why there is no default here. And configuring Dimdim conferences in sipXconfig is only available for users who actually have voice conferences.
