Oops, sent that one before it was finished...

Anyway, I should have pointed out the following.  A phone that was just
auto-provisioned is not yet using configuration generated by sipXconfig.
The auto-provisioning feature generated this configuration, which
included the unique ID that is shown on the phone's display.  


This actually makes me realize there is another limitation not
previously mentioned.  sipXconfig could generate the profile for an
auto-provisioned phone before there is a line assigned.  If the phone is
then rebooted, it will pick up the sipXconfig profile, which will have
no registration config and no unique ID to display.

In order to have this phone display a unique ID again, it must be
deleted from Devices->Phones and manually rebooted.  This will
re-trigger auto-provisioning (and result in a new unique ID.)
