Hello, At the moment XMP groups are automatically created from sipx user groups. sipx users with openfire accounts that are members of a SIPX user group have a corresponding XMPP group. However, XMPP groups where all the members must have accounts on our sipx managed openfire server are not very interesting. If we consider an analogy between xmpp group and mailing lists, that would be similar to saying all the members of a mailing list must have accounts on our mail server.
I would like to raise an issue (feature requst) where foreign domain XMPP accounts can be members of a group created on our openfire server. I.e. we need a group management page for XMPP accounts in sipxconfig where we are able to specify XMPP accounts from foreign domains. Does this seem useful to do? Thanks Ranga -- M. Ranganathan
