Hi All, This query is regarding "Add user group as IM group".
Steps: ---------- 1.Add a user 700 with the IM ID as User1. 2.Add a user group "Qantom_Management" 3.Enable both "Enable IM account" and "Add user group as IM group" check box on the user group "Qantom_Management". 4.Add User 700 to the user group "Qantom_Management". 5.Register 700 to SMC 3456 client with the xmpp account. Now after step5, Should the User group created "Qantom_Management" appear on the SMC 3456 ? In my opinion, I think an empty group "Qantom_Management" should be created on the SMC client. Current behavior: The user group "Qantom_Management" is not created on the client. Kindly advise.
