The Server to Server Federation parameters are seen in two places with
build 4.1.0-017052
1) Under Features> instant messaging
2) System > servers > server name > services> Instant Messaging > Server
to Server Federation Parameters
With XX-6797 <http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-6797> being open, is
it that the feature is still under development and the repetition will
be removed in future or, should there be a separate Jira entry to track
the same..
