We are looking to port SIPx onto an IXP435 based platform running embedded
linux (Timesys linux) and would like to know if anybody has attempted doing
this. The platform has 128 M RAM and 64 M Flash and is indented to serve a
small work group of size 50 or less. It has two Ethernet NICs that connect
to the WAN and a 4 port LAN Ethernet switch. This will be the customer edge
device which also will be running the firewall and NAT functions. We
already have the firewall function on this platform. I am assuming the
capacity is not an issue based on the number of end users this platform
need to support ( < 50). Any thoughts on the effort involved?

Appreciate your response

Sushil
