This is related to improvement issue XX-7106

As mentioned in the issue XX-7106, if there are any changes in the Audio
source of the Admin user level MOH page, then it will get reflected in
the phone's tftp and for this to happen, one should send profile to the
phone with that user.
Example :
1.Login to Config UI as superadmin and register one Polycom phone with
user ID 500
2.Navigate to Users-->Users-->500-->Music On Hold tab and change the
Audio source from "Use System Configuration" to "System Music Directory"
and click on Apply.
Expected Result :
a)The 'MusicOnHold.uri' parameter in the config UI for the phone with
user 500 should display as :*"~~mh~l*@ xxx.qantom.int" and also it
should reflect the same in the back end ie; in '<mac-id of
Polycom>-sipx-phone.cfg' file under phone's tftp
b) If any call gets hold from the phone 500, then MOH from System Music
directory should be played
Current Result :
a)The 'MusicOnHold.uri' parameter in the config UI for 500 shows as
"*~~mh~l*@ xxx.qantom.int", BUT from the console the file <mac-id of
polycom>-sipx-phone.cfg under phone's tftp still shows the default
value as "*~~mh~*@ xxx.qantom.int" (ie; "Use System configuration")
b) If call gets hold from phone 500, then MOH is played according to
user system configuration settings instead of System music directory.
Note :/Only after/ sending the profile to the phone500, the file <mac-id
of polycom>-sipx-phone.cfg shows "*~~mh~l*@ xxx.qantom.int" and MOH
played from System Music directory after call gets hold from the user 500.
Currently only in the end user portal of the user, the button "Save and
Update Phone(s)" is available but not in admin user MOH page as well as
in user group MOH.
So, this is the proposal to provide "Save and Update phone(s)" button in
"admin user MOH page and user group MOH page" as its necessary to reboot
the phone(s) to reflect the changes made in the Audio source option.
