I guess then the question is whether it's worth the trouble to re-implement the 
backup/delete strategies for a separate MoH storage, in order to have that 
clear separation between the MoH and Voicemail services. I am thinking, as 
Scott said, in the long run it will help with High Availability/clustering, so 
might as take the trouble and do it.

So, I will go ahead and put everything under 
"/var/sipxdata/mediaserver/data/moh/", and raise a JIRA to track the 
backup/delete issue.
