Hi all, XX-7106 got me to thinking... Can we effect changes to a user's configured MOH Audio Source without restarting the user's phone(s)?

I think it is a good idea to have a constant user MOH URL, and actual mapping for each user be done at alias.xml. Though not sure if in a large set, say more than 10000 users, the size of alias.xml is a concern at all?
