I am able to send inbound calls to Operator but not to any other
internal extension. This is quite a mystery. I cannot see anything
wrong with my configuration. I did toggle the "enable/disable" flag on
my ITSP gateway (this is a new flag). Perhaps this caused the
condition I am observing.

Since this possibly represents a bug, I am opening up
http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-7196  with a snapshot attached
before I give up and re-configure my system from scratch ( which I am
about to do ).
