More specifically, the Polycom phone is sending an out-of-dialog INVITE
to "sip:[email protected]", which is not routable.  What I
can't tell from the trace is *why* the Polycom phone is sending an
INVITE to that address -- nothing containing that address is going
*into* the phone; it seems to be inventing the URI of its own accord.
This could be a phone problem.
