Having sipXecs make the change automatically sounds nice, but might be more trouble than it's worth. But (as we discussed) it would be good if Diagnostics -> DNS Advisor generated a file that could be imported into the Windows DNS. Perhaps via DnsCmd.exe? If that isn't practical, then improvements could be made to the existing "MS Windows DNS Server Configuration" text. Firstly, clean it up, since it's a little hard to read.
