Subject: Re: [sipX-dev] DNS Records configuration for Windows

Thanks Al. I really see a text output file as being very valuable to send to a
network admin, or altering the IP and sending it to the webmaster to make DNS
changes for a publicly available record. While I might be capable of doing
this, access and permission sometimes makes it impractical.

I think the initial setup would be ok however not sure if that is the
easiest place to get feedback and make the user experience solid.  In
sipXconfig in the DNS advisor would be the best place although if we add
this the name may need to change. Ideally a nice ability to add this and
corresponding warnings and also a way to revert any changes.

How about we give two options when dealing with Windows DNS in sipXconfig.

1) If the guy who configures the sipX has the credential to windows, he can
directly do that as I mentioned.
2) Or he can choose to send an URL to the windows Admin via Email, the windows
administrator can simply click the URL and type the credential to do that.

BTW, the advisor always be the last resort for both Windows and Linux.

Does that make senses?
