I rather doubt that an organization that strictly controls DNS is likely
to allow our program to make changes no matter who types the
credentials.  That seems like extra complexity with no added value.

Keep it simple:

      * Add the new capability to automate interactions with the Windows
        DNS if the customer will allow it.
                
      * If it is easy, and if the resulting file is understandable when
        read by a Windows administrator, also create the ability to
        output a '.bat' file to execute the required DndCmd commands;
        that file can then be mailed to the Windows DNS administrator,
        examined, and either executed or used as a guide.  This is
        analogous to the BIND format file currently output by the DNS
        Adviser test.

We always have the DNS Adviser test to validate the results.  If anyone
has suggestions about how to improve the clarity of those results, by
all means post those suggestions.
