sipXconfig will need to start marking ACD as requiring a restart when "Activate" is invoked from under Features -> Call Center. That would actually make ACD a lot more consistent the other services. Daniel is looking into the sipXconfig change, but it should be pretty simple. If so, we'll just do it and send XX-6743 [1] over to the Operation team for the ACD code change. In the time between the two corresponding changes the XX-6743 bug will actually seem slightly worse... ACD will continue to restart automatically after "Activate", even though a manual restart will now be prompted.
