Hi All,
I have set up a SCS server with timezone set to Australia /
Canberra. So, when I log-in to the config UI >> Devices >> Device
Time Zone, the GMT offset is set to 600 (GMT+10:00).
GMT+10:00 is also true for Brisbane, Gaum, Hobart, Vladivostok
other than

When I add a Nortel IP 12xx Phone to config UI, under Time
Settings of the added Nortel 12 xx phone, the Time Zone shows as
+10:00 Guam .

any one please let me know the criteria for selecting Time Zone as
