Hi, I am working on XX-4780 sipXproxy does not log a clear error or send a good error response when a target sip uri has no domain
http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-4780 Since the Redirect server always returns a resolved IP and Port so most probably we will not need to resolve it again using DNS lookup, but as described in the issue description "Note: the failure here is ultimately the result of a bad configuration; this issue is not concerned with how that occured - only with the fact that the resulting failure was much more difficult to diagnose that it should have been because the stack is not providing good diagnostic feedback" Raising an ERR level log and sending a 404 for the requests which doesn't return a valid DNS lookup should be good enough.
