Well, I guess not many...maybe not the best scenario here. But considering that 
the private phonebook contains now entries from phonebooks created by admin 
(imported from csv files) + google account / gmail imported + other contacts 
manually added - I am thinking that one could easily hit 700 contacts 
limitation.

I am not the paged phonebook advocate - but I really think that XX-6996 
requirement for a responsive 10k-entries-phonebook is backed by a business need.
