Sorry, I was ambiguous on this - for Add Peer scenario- since the permission page is displayed from the underlying internal user settings page, in the first phase the administrator only have to fill in the Tls Peer Name (no tabbed view though). After proceeding with OK or Apply the internal user gets created and the tabbed view is displayed.
