I will try fresh install of fedora and then setup dev environment for main
{ as I understand, there are stable ISO releases of 4.0.1, 4.0.2, 4.0.4
listed on http://www.sipxecssw.org/pub/sipXecs/index.php?dir=ISO%2F
also, http://www.sipxecssw.org/pub/sipXecs/index.php lists stable releases
for 4.0.1, 4.0.2, and 4.0.4 }

i will attempt to update the wiki page on
http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/Express_Development_Environment_Setupproviding
viewers the url mentioned by Scott below
