Hi All,
This query is regarding issue XX-6447(IM ID should also be an alias)
With the implementation of the issue XX-6447 now the IM ID is also
consider as an /"Alias to that sip User".
/We also have concept that an user can login into his/end user portal
through sip User Id as well with the alias assigned to that sip user.
Now I have created a sip user say 200 and enabled an IM account to the
same user with the IM ID as 201.
Log out of the superadmin and try to login to end user portal with the
alias as 201.
Current Behavior:
-I am not allowed to log into the end user portal of user
200 with the alias as IM ID i.e 201.
An error message "User ID and PIN combination is not valid. Please try
again" is displayed.
IMO,The user should be able to log into his end user portal with his
Alias and here it is IM ID is the alias.
Kindly suggest if this an expected behavior or I need to raise a jira
for this.
