Conversation logging controls whether or not the chats that happen
within a given chatrooms will be saved by openfire itself in its own
database.  The issue is that, right now, we provide no way for the user
to see these saved conversations.  Given that, we could remove the
option from the GUI.  As you rightly pointed out, the 'Message Logging'
and 'conversation logging' are independent.

Turning up logging levels in sipxopenfire will log many things including
conversations and I do not see an issue with this.
