After a user imports Gmail Contacts or adds contacts manually in the
User Portal those contacts will not be seen on the User's IP desk set /
Soft Client until a Profile is sent and the Phone is rebooted. 

 

There is no warning of this after the User manually adds or imports
contacts, and there is no way for the user to send his own profile and
reboot his set - should I raise a Jira for an improvement to add this
ability to the Phonebook area in the user portal?
