IMO user portal should be enhanced with a phones section - this way one could
choose a set to send profiles / reboot whenever he wants to. It will also allow
us to add the ability of showing / hiding personal phonebook contacts per phone
basis.
(not sure how this fits in 4.2 release plan though)
