Right now (in 4.1), when we configure an audio conference, we also
create an accompanying xmpp conference (if the audio conference is
sip:[email protected], the text chat is
xmpp:[email protected]).

We can configure a user to be the 'owner' of a conference, and if we do,
then that user has the option of receiving entry and exit text messages
when users enter and leave the audio conference.

Shouldn't we have the option of having those messages sent to the
conference room?

Similarly, shouldn't the text commands that affect the conference also
be usable from within the conference room (at least if sent by the
owner)? I should be able to look at who is there and invite others
without switching to a different window. This would also get around
the limitation we have now that a the text controls are ambiguous if the
user owns more than one conference.
