I agree something needs to be discussed on making call flows easier for those of us that use Polycom phones (which is probably the majority).

If I could add config snippets as discussed here: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.voip.sipx.devel/20862/match=polycom+phone+configuration+patches to groups of phones then I could work around these issues.

In light of that, are there any discussions to support some of the EFK functionality? Essentially offering a blind transfer button, and being able to hit a speeddial to complete it? (i.e., 2 button blind transfer, or a blind vm transfer).
