Hi All,
This query is regarding "Participants in the running conference chat
should be displayed with their "IM display names" rather than user IM ID's."
In my opinion , I think the participants involved in the Conference
chat should be displayed by there own "IM Display name" rather than
presenting them by their IM ID's.
Members involved in the Conference chat can be easily recognized by
their IM Display names than their IM ID's.
If at all Owner/Participant wants to know the name of each
participant,then the following procedure is followed:
Select the participant from "Participant list" available >>right
click>>click on the "info" option.All the information of the participant
will be displayed.
So IMHO, the "IM Display Name" should also work in the Conference chat too.
Please note that when 2 users are connected through the IM chat, the
message sender will be addressed by /their "IM Display name"/ itself.
Please advise if I can raise an Improvement issue accordingly.
