Default, the alias by which a using in known in a chatroom is decided by the 
user itself when it joins the chatroom or adds it as a buddy in the IM client.  
I guess the onus is on the user to pick a chatroom alias that can be used that 
identifies him but I guess this also opens up the possibility of impersonation. 
 I'm seeing a few hooks in the Openfire API that *may* provide the requested 
behavior.  Please open a tracker so that this can get investigated in due time.
