Default, the alias by which a using in known in a chatroom is decided by the user itself when it joins the chatroom or adds it as a buddy in the IM client. I guess the onus is on the user to pick a chatroom alias that can be used that identifies him but I guess this also opens up the possibility of impersonation. I'm seeing a few hooks in the Openfire API that *may* provide the requested behavior. Please open a tracker so that this can get investigated in due time. _______________________________________________ sipx-dev mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-dev Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-dev sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/
