This behavior is already available.  You can @conf 
[user_im_id|user_chatroom_nickname|sip extension|sip uri]

This would be ideal but would require some significant work.  In one of his 
updates to the 3rd party call controller, Ranga added a piece of functionality 
that was aimed at providing a building block for exactly that feature much but 
non-trivial would be needed in sipXopenfire to make use of it.  Another feature 
that would be nice would be to be able to set the chatroom in 'auto-conference 
mode' whereby any new participant entering a chat room after the initial 
conference is set up would get invited to the audio conference automatically.  
These are all nice improvements and it wouldn't hurt to track them as such.
