Create a branch with the following details : Name : NY Description : This is a NY branch address. Street : Oak Street City : Valhalla State : New York Country : USA Postal Code : 300020 Mail stop : 0006 Phone : 003453455676 Fax :003-7899 Create a user and select NY branch. Check the contact information of this user and contact information in the end user portal of this user. 1.Fax number is NOT propagated to the user and phonebook address. Is this a bug or design intent? 2.There is NO field for phone number , hence phone number too is not propagated. Always user ID is considered as work phone number by default then where should the phone number be seen? 3.Can these two fields Fax number and phone number be removed from branches and can they be configured from contact information page? NOTE : Fax number and phone number are not getting replicated under /etc/sipxpbx/contact-information.xml Please advise.
