Hi All, With the new Implementation of the "Contact Information" page on the end user portal, one can enter all the respective details of the End user be himself. With all the fields/parameters in the Contact info page, the IM ID is also represented as a "Edit box" with the default value set. Please refer the attached image:  In my opinion, I think even in the "Contact Information" of the end user portal, the IM ID should be hard coded/non-editable form. Query: Could anybody let me know whether this was made intentional or can I raise a Jira for the same. Thanks, Chitralekha. |
