Hi All , This is the query regarding CDR-Reports .
When inbound calls are made to users in SCS , these calls are listed under "Extension" and "Most Active Callers" report . IMHO these reports should display the activities of users who are registered to that SUT . Consider the scenario : Call from 08026655216 (PSTN number) to 375 (SCS user) , the details of this call is displayed in these reports (Extension & Most active callers). Though user 08026655216 makes maximum number of calls to 375 , he should not be considered in Most Active Callers report because he is not an user who is registered to SCS . Please let me know if I am wrong here , or can I raise an issue for the same ?
