Well I guess it all depends on your definition of Most Active Callers.  I think 
it's a good thing to have that information in the report regardless of wether 
or not the user is in the SUT.  Including it provides valuable information 
indicating that a particular external user calls into your system quite a lot.  

Although I wasn't involved in creating this report, I believe that it should 
include all callers regardless of internal or not.
